1960s Marx dollhouse furniture, 45 pieces, some hard to find in Muttontown, New York

Selling a beautiful collection of Marx dollhouse furniture from the early 1960s, including living room, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, nursery, bedroom, patio and laundry room furniture. It's all in excellent condition. [I also have one bathroom sink that has two broken legs (I have those pieces) I'll include as well.] The patio furniture is really cute. It includes a table, two patio chairs, a sandbox and a teeter-totter. I don't have the umbrella for the patio table, but that could probably be replaced or crafted. I also have the laundry room washer and double sink. The living room furniture has an interesting red and black TV/stereo console. The kitchen appliances -- stove, refrigerator and sink -- are off-white with original silver-painted handles. There's a kitchen table with four chairs as well as a dining room table with 4 chairs, a buffet and tall cabinet. The photos tell the story better so check them out.
